Ah da ninjadude beat me to it lol!
I don't hum by either definition - er well maybe sometimes the UK version, not that anyone would dare to tell me that I do
i do and sometimes i do it when i am happy, when i have had a good meal, when a friend is on the phone and they went to do something - it's my musical interlude.
i think some people hum without noticing it.
i also used to hum to my brother, it was our way of communiting when we were young and a game we played where we would hum a tune and then each of us would try to give a verse.

dear friends,.
much of what we do on a daily basis is routine and of no particular, earth-shaking importance.
however, after reviewing letters of family going back to wwii, it is fascinating to read what dad was doing on board the aircraft carrier in the pacific on any old day, what mom was cooking on her ever-steaming range, how i was dealing with the roller coaster of emotion at bethel [mom saved all my letters], how nana wrote that she would not study with the witnesses [per my request] but 'here are some mittens i knitted for you when you canvass new york with your magazines.
Still chilling!
Took Sophie my sick kitty to the vet today - her one tooth has been 'oozing' again so she got an anti-inflammatory jab to settle it back down. Other than that she's doing amazingly well considering the seriousness of her heart problem, she's reached the same age as a healthy cat would - I think even the vet is surprised, we thought we were just buying time with the meds!
I've been out all evening and returned home to find my other cat sat outside licking his lips and cleaning his face - I suspect that the neighbour's cat is going hungry tonight!
Off to play TriPeak Solitaire on Pogo now - I'm not going to bed until I finish the challenge lol!
dear squeaky-clean friends:.
i am an artist and a teacher, which pay to keep me in window washing, my real love.
the jobs are sure rolling in.
I would do windows if I could get the work - but I could only do ground floor ones cuz I'm scared of heights
i am just tired of eating chinese and mexican food.
i thought i might try something new.
do you like india food?
Love it - I go for the milder stuff - korma, rogan josh, biryani plus we have a few balti dishes in my area which are specific to the area where most of our Asian community have their roots.
If you go to an authentic Indian place though - don't buy anything labelled just as 'meat' lol!!
dear friends,.

Darn, these herbal meds are making me feel good!!
I could spend the next hour clicking in and out of this thread to get to the magic 10,000!!
Not done much today - just chillin' - I was supposed to be doing my college work though - maybe later. When I get stuck into it, I won't stop because its my favourite exercise...
...exegesis!
many leave the wts organisation because they are in search of christian freedom, while others stay within because they're proud of being a part of a group which displays christian unity, even though they often doubt some of the decisions of the gb.
i think it's hard to deny that jws demonstrate a remarkable unity in both doctrinal issues and everyday topics.. what do the concepts "christian unity" (1 cor 1:10) and "christian freedom" (ga 5:13) mean to you and how do they relate to one another?
are these terms not mutually exclusive, hence, is it possible to be really free if you are required to be "fitly united in the same mind and in the same line of thought' (nwt)?.
Unity does not = uniformity!
That's it in a nutshell
sadly, we have already lost a 100 year old white pine ( missed the outbuilding by less than a meter!
) and the tarp on the portable garage is in shreds.... we are in a total whiteout and the power has gone out once already for 4 hours..... last night we bottled 10 gallons of water since we depend on a well for water.and no power means no heat or pump!.
spring blizzard has to be my least favourite oxymoron >>>>>>>>>>>>.
Rain, hail and possibly some bright spells - we tend to get the remains of what you had over there...
Guess it'll be the same for a few days more yet then
dear friends,.

A day in the life of a doleite...
Finally, in their own dumbass way infinite wisdom, the soulless nazis administration at the local demon HQ Government agency have decided that I am entitled to claim unemployment benefit for the following reason - "because I don't have any money coming in"
It's only taken them a whole month to work it out!!
Stupid pillocks
There is truly no hope for this country, I'm going to look at emigrating as soon as I have the means. Ireland could be a good option for me as I'm entitled to citizenship there
I've had a day doing absolutely nothing today, I needed a rest - so no job hunting, form filling or studying... wonder if its the herbal meds? I certainly had my best night's sleep in ages last night.
Have a good weekend all
